Couples, Family, and Individual Therapy
Family Mediation
Couples Therapy
In Couples Therapy, our aim is to establish a safe and positive environment, crucial for fostering constructive communication about difficulties. We facilitate the sharing of strengths and encourage the creative exploration of new solutions to problems. We are grounded in the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach to couples therapy, with the goal of achieving a deeper understanding, acceptance, and transformation of the emotions of both members of the couple and their relationship patterns.
At times, it is also important to delve into the context and history of the families of origin of both partners, as well as past resentments, in order to comprehend their influence on the present. We are specialized in working with couples facing challenges such as communication difficulties, conflicts, infidelity, sexual issues, relationship anxiety – for example, related to transitional moments in the life cycle – and post-traumatic stress.

Family Therapy
In Family Therapy, We strive to create contexts that allow each member of the family to express and safely explore their most private emotions and thoughts in the presence of others. Our goal is for each individual to understand the experiences and perspectives of others and to make an effort to consider their needs. We encourage exploration of the extended family context and understanding its influence on both difficulties and solutions.
We believe in an integrative approach, capable of reconciling different systemic theoretical models and their respective techniques according to the specific issues of each family. We work with families facing challenges such as frequent conflicts and misunderstandings, communication difficulties, impactful changes (divorce, bereavement, migration), behavioural or emotional problems in children and adolescents, and mental health issues affecting the family.
Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, our aim is to create a safe space where each person can reflect, increase their self-awareness, and consider different and creative solutions or perspectives for the relational challenges they face. We believe in an integrative approach, capable of reconciling different systemic theoretical models and their respective techniques according to the specific issues of each individual. We may need to explore the history of the family of origin to understand its influence on the person’s current life stage. We also delve into needs, dilemmas, thoughts, and emotions.
We work with relational issues such as family conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, difficulties adapting to a new country, among others.

Family Mediation
In Family Mediation, we offer a neutral space to resolve conflicts, especially in cases of divorce or separation. We employ non-violent communication techniques and systemic approaches to facilitate productive dialogue, helping couples reach fair agreements regarding child custody, asset division, and financial matters. Our focus is on minimizing the emotional impact on families and prioritizing the well-being of children in decisions. When addressing divorce or separation, we are dedicated to creating solutions that respect the needs of all involved parties, always seeking to protect family relationships and promote a smoother transition to new family structures. Our work aims to support families during these challenging times, turning conflicts into opportunities for understanding and cooperation. We are committed to supporting each family to ensure balanced agreements that facilitate a more harmonious and cooperative future for all.
